Windows Mobile 7 Feature


Microsoft developed mobile operating system for Windows Mobile that was used in smart-phones and mobile devices, but is being currently phased out to specialized markets. It's a great superseded by Windows Phone 7.

The last and current version is Windows Mobile 6.5. Microsoft mobile operating system is based on the Windows CE 5.2 kernel, and features a suite of basic applications developed with the Microsoft Windows API. This     designed to be somewhat similar to desktop versions of Windows, feature-wise and aesthetically. Additionally, third-party software development is available for Windows Mobile, and software applications can be purchased via the Windows Marketplace for Mobile.

Originally appearing the Pocket PC 2000 operating system, most Windows Mobile devices come include a stylus pen, which is used to enter commands by tapping it on the screen. Microsoft announced a completely new phone platform, Windows Phone 7, the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 15 February 2010. Phones running Windows Mobile 6.x will not be upgradeable to version 7.

Audio: 160-GB iPod can store up to 40,000 songs (20,000 for the 80-GB model). You can play video podcasts, music videos, movies and TV shows on iPod and your own DVDs and videos that are encoded with QuickTime Pro and download to your player through iTunes.
External Hard Drive: The iPod can act as a portable hard drive, which carries all kinds of files between computers. Just select the "Enable disk use" of the iTunes software, and you can download what you want on the hard disk of the player.

Calendar / contacts sync: iPod automatically downloads all new contacts or calendar data to add iCal Mac or Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, since the last time the iPod was plugged into your computer.

Games: The iPod comes with preloaded games. Download games from the iTunes store to other companies or even create your own.

Auto integration: You have an iPod and you are launching a new car or a new receiver unit, you can get the sound system for a fully integrated player.
